So here's the story. I'm a Sophomore at a major division I school on track scholarship. My girlfriend just had our first baby last in December and I can't get a good night's sleep. Its killing my season. I just can't get more than 4 hours of sleep at a time. I'm not complaining. Baby and mom are healthy, both beautiful. Timing not great, but its my life. I accept responsibility. My main question is for those of you with babies (or other sleep depriving situations) what you do on days you have tough workouts and you have to motor on 4 hours of sleep. In my experience, if I had a decent sleep 2 nights before I'm ok, but back to back bad night's sleep kill me. Coffee of course helps. Any thoughts on how to do this!!???
