Usc and ucla. Those numbers should be good enough to get you in with help from the coaches if your track times improve to match that 5k.

Hard to beat Pomona for academics.
The OP can walk on to USC but the scholarship standards are more like 15:15.
The big D1 school like UCLA might not be a "good fit" given your times. It all depends whether you're ok being workout fodder, or do you want to be on the traveling team.
My brother was an "all league" level sprinter (not "all state" level) but was on the UC Irvine team for 4 years, got to travel, got to race against Ato Bolden, got drunk and laid at post meet parties. The point is that you may have more fun and have better "stories to write home about" on a not so good team.
It depends on what you want out of the "college experience" (most prestigious diploma?, maxing out your running potential?, small class size/good learning environment?, parties and chicks?, etc).
As for running, check the team website for their athlete's PR's and their travel schedule.
From a practical standpoint, go to the biggest "name" school you can get into. It'll help you out in job interviews later if you went to a school everyone has heard of.
Stop trolling around. You have made all sorts of similar threads, I replied to one of them.
I just went and pulled up one of the threads, in that thread you said the following....
SAT 2150
GPA 3.6
15:30, 4:40, 9:57
I hate that I looked into this, but why waste peoples time on here if you are obviously making sh** up? Shockingly people will actually take their time to help you, so why waste it?

This is false. Anyone want to name the last male distance runner offered a scholarship to USC?
Didn't think so, it's been a pretty long time.
