What's the least amount of time you figure it takes to get in PR shape after a month+ break?
I am also curious about this. I've decided to take a month+ break after failing to be able to return to serious training/previous levels even after three different 8-17 day breaks in the last 6 months.

it may take less time than you might think if you were well fatiqued when you took the break. There is a saying in stock market investing that staying on the sidelines is also a position in the market. Similarly not training for a bit can also part of a training plan. If you resume training with a positive upbeat attitude you may find yourself ahead of where you were in short order.
