There's a 15k race 2 weeeks before a 10k I am racing, and I wanted to enter that 15k race and use it as a workout, i.e. not all out.
Is half marathon pace a good idea? In my case that's about a 1 hour 15k, so it sort of works out as a very long tempo run.
Thoughts? Too hard, too easy? No benefits? Too close to the 10k race?
