If you were at 10:00 and 4:40 right now your goals would definitely be within reach. Not to say you couldn't do if you were not at those times now and being at those times now doesn't guarantee it either. I have a runner right now with similar goals and he is close to those marks now, but he is a senior. Got to have a good season with good races and good health also.
