There's not an official result list yet, but according to Rocky Raccoon 100's twitter feed, Ian Sharman won in 12:44, ie, 7:38 per mile. Anton Krupicka finished second over a half an hour back in 13:18, 7:59 per mile pace, still an awesome time (old unofficial standard for 100 miles on trail was from a marginally faster version of this course in 1996, a 13:16, which was nearly met on the last year of the faster course in 2006 with a time 30 seconds slower.
Sharman has a 10k PR of just under 35 minutes, but has twice run a 2:33 marathon (one of them being a couple weeks ago), so that alone shows that he's very very good at capitalizing on less natural speed.
As for the course, Rocky Raccoon isn't insanely hilly by typical trail race standards, but it's a lot hillier than the average road race (think of it as a cross country course equivalent). I think it's around 7000' of gain and loss over 100 miles, but it's also quite littered and rocks and roots, so that 7:38/mile is pretty impressive for 100 miles.
