I ate "brunch" around 1-2 hours ago. It consisted of:
- Bagel with cream cheese (supposedly 480 calories according to the nutrition board in the dining hall)
- blueberry coffeecake (220 calories)
- Lots of yogurt with granola (assuming 200-300 calories)
- Fruit, cantaloupe and honeydew (maybe around 50 calories?)
I was full after I finished it and was pretty surprised to see it was 1000+ calories. Yet 1-2 hours later I'm hungry again.. what gives? I'm trying to cut down to race weight too...
