I just came back from a 1500 meter workout at the track. I ran 4 x 300's in 53 seconds with a 1:30 rest in between. Next I walk jog 6 minutes and ran a 2:40 - 1000 meters.

That sounds like the worst indicator workout ever. What is the point of 53 second 300s with huge rest? 53 should feel like a walk to a 2:40 thousand runner.
2:40 1000 converts to 4:15 1500m. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say 4:06-4:08 for the 1500m.
if you don't know - how should we?
Why don't you go an run 1500m and see how long it takes you?
My estimate is 7 minutes.

Man I think you have the 4:06/1500 right on. I ran something like that before.

Nope a 4:17 if you are not in a fast race.
