USAT&F in Need of reorganization

It's not in need of reorganization. It's in need of abolition. Seriously, a new structure with the same old people ain't gonna cut it.

Let me review this with you people ....

TAC, or 1990's:Dispand TAC, bunch of cronies, bunch of self serving assholes, let's throw them all out and create ....

USATF, or 2011: Dispand USATF, bunch of cronies, bunch of self serving assholes, let's throw them all out and create ....

It really comes down to this, and I'm being serious here. I love this sport, spend my days coaching kids and making them better. I truly believe that this is the best sport on the planet. But have you ever really looked at those folks who do committ to T&F? Dysfunctional losers people ...

I have to agree with SomeCoach. Some of those people have been in their positions forever, and you wonder how anyone ever entrusted them with anything.

We need Term Limits and Internet Voting at USATF.

8 years lifetime or 2 Terms max lifetime at any position Director/Consultant and above whether paid staff or volunteer unpaid, or volunteer paid, or as a paid or volunteer consultant.

7 day duration elections with internet voting, one member per vote.
