I have been having problems with sleeping the past couple weeks. I can fall asleep but once I do, I always wake up constantly through out the night. Does anybody have any solutions or tips to help with this?

Eat turkey when your about ready for bed
Grow younger, not older.
Lay off the caffeine (nothing but one cup of tea for me in the morning--nothing else throughout the day)--this helped me the most after many years of difficulty with pre-mature awakening, don't overtrain--this can significantly impair sleeping soundly, and reduce stressors in your life. Simple, but it works.
I like to do core exercises to get tired right before bed and I find that gets me to sleep pretty quickly and through the entire night.
Do some crunches, pushups, planks, bicycles, leg raises, about 40sec-1min of each and build up. Not only could this help with your sleeping, but it would also strengthen the stability muscels.
