What ways can one naturally increase testosterone with strength training if they don't want to bulk up? Everything I've read mentions lifting at near max without many reps, but as a distance runner shouldn't you be lifting light weight and high reps?
I tend to bulk up really fast if lifting heavy weights. I don't want to put on the extra muscle mass? Are there any alternative exercises that could do the same thing? Pushups (maybe the Rocky ones?) Pull ups? Does core work do anything?
Thanks
