So after going from one injury to another and some bad doctor's i internet stamped my patalla tendinitis patellar tendinosis as no icing, immediate therapy helped.
So i am willing to take a 6 - 8 week streak off from running (non of the doctors ever said i had to take off, with that only worsening the condition).
Now i wonder what is the best dryland crosstraining to not overuse the knee anymore?
I am already going for weights and swimming but anything other then that i can find resort in.
How did you patella tendinosis sufferers came around?
No dryland cardio at all? Walking? .......
I would really appreciate the help!
As i feel as if no one seemed to bother despite all the money and effort i spend going to doctors etc...
