I currently can bust a 2:20 with no base. I have 26s 200m speed with no training. Can you coach me to 2:00 by the summer.
Ps- ive ran for 3 years but inconsistent. Most mileage being 50-55mpw.

Sounds like you are a sprinter who does lots of miles...doesn't seem right. 2:00 is a stretch if you are at 2:20 right now, but 2:03 is certainly a possibility. If you are just doing easy miles, you need to integrate threshold/tempo running and some repetitions and eventually intervals.
I would stick to 40 max. Do easy mileage plus some hill repeats right now. Find a hill where you can run fast for about 45sec-1min, do that for about 4-5 week. Then you can start with some threshold/tempo runs. Then finally around april you can start hitting the track with intervals.
