I forgot Artra and Tina howard as well. The foru sisters set a National 4x400 meter relay record for San Grogornio HS in the late 70's.
Kip and Martin Keino.
For the USA Preps, hard to beat this trio:
Tom McChesney
Steve McChesney
Bill McChesney
and
Ken McChesney.
I'll ask someone else to provide the PR's.
The first 3 were all Varsity at Oregon.
Bill held the 10,000 Oregon school record until Galen Rupp
took it down, and he still holds the 5,000 school record.
Which means he ran faster as a Duck than Prefontaine, Salazar, Chapa...and numerous other Duck greats in the 5 and ten thousands.

I think Kenny ran for Montana.
Tom and Bill were both 8:50ish in HS, I think Steven was close to or under 9:00.
Their parents also hold some age group records, I believe, and I think their dad ran for Montana also (or wherever it was that Ken ran)
Horace Ashenfelter's brother was on the US squad for the 'chase in Helsinki '52.

This is only a glimpse of their greatness. They are two of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Their sons are equally impressive. Here's a link to an article about Ken's 4th place team from the 2008 state XC meet.
