OK so I used to get extremely nervous before races - I would think about them all day (or week) and could feel knots in my stomach hours before I even got to the race. However, recently I have noticed that I rarely feel these emotions anymore. In fact, I barely can get myself pumped up for a race and have even yawned on the starting line! Is this just because racing has become "old hat" or do you think there's something wrong? Anyone else ever deal with this?
