Why is this a big deal to her? If this wasn't happening, she wouldn't be placing nearly as well in races because doped athletes would be beating her. Does she feel that doping should be allowed? If the USADA didn't do drug testing would she be doping?

You can be against doping and still be annoyed when someone shows up to your house at 6am to take a blood sample. I don't particularly like getting up for work every morning, but it doesn't mean I don't like my job (and my paycheck).

Not everyone who grumbles out doing their taxes is for the elimination of the IRS.
And regardless if there's a good reason athletes need to be tested at 6AM (I'm not sure what that would be), it's not pleasant for an athlete in training to deal with that.

lets give the dopers a few hours to prepare for the drug test so they can test clean then
Did she advocate that? No. I think you might be a little slow, so I'm going to try to explain this simply.
When I got up this morning, I said to my fiancee, "ugh, I wish I didn't have to go to work today". I could have chosen to simply NOT go to work, but I know that in the end there is a reason that I have to put up with going. The fact that I recognize that there is a purpose in me being at my desk at 8am does NOT mean that I'm not grouchy and annoyed when I have to wake up and I'm tired and cold.
And I don't even have to have a stranger stick a needle in my arm and take my blood. I would be considerably more annoyed if that were to happen, but if it was for a good cause (like stopping PED use) then I would tolerate that as well.

I read it as she was actually really excited to be tested. She is very supportive of drug testing and always has been. Shalane also loves to get shots.
She was being serious.
She loves getting up at 6am to get her blood taken, it is her favorite thing to do.
Since when did the IAAF start collecting blood samples? Another dumb jock.
Maybe she needs to get back to training in Mexico where she can avoid this.

That's not the first time she's tweeted something to that affect. I hadn't read the tweets as complaining about the testing being burdensome to her, she's just stating rather mater of factly what she's doing today, which is what twitter is all about. I thought her tone sounded like she had accepted that 6:00 testing comes with the territory, kinda like 5:00 20 milers.
