Not a good start.
Not a good start.
What's the difference between Ben and a WHOLE lot of other guys in the NFL, NBA, NHL, on and on?
He got caught!
Remember...Kobe Bryant was accused of "things". KOBE BRYANT. Poster boy for the NBA. Be careful where you cast stones people.

Huh? Do people actually watch the NBA. Certainly people don't look to the NBA for role models? That is the biggest group of lazy weed smoking thugs to ever exist.
Troo dat.

Kobe Bryant was/is guilty as hell, but almost impossible to convict a rich/famous black athlete for crimes against white females.
So he wants children to grow up to be serial rapists just like him? How comendable.
The media asks questions, the athletes answer. He did not say this out of the blue.
What do you want the guy to say, "I want kids grow up to disrespect women"?
"Maybe" the guy is growing up. Maybe he is just trying to say the right thing. Maybe just saying the right thing will lead to a change.
For the record, I was not a fan of the team keeping him after his troubles, but will watch to see if he grows into something he can look at in the mirror in the future.

fixed
He was never convicted of anything. Why condemn him for nothing but possible consensual sex?
I don't condemn Ben, I condemn the organization for keeping him. Players are from all over and change teams so fans must root for an organization, not particular players. As a fan, I always felt superior because the Rooneys rarely if ever kept guys who were bad citizens. This is not to imply that they were saints, just the truly bad guys were dumped.
He wasn't convicted of anything. He did show bad judgement, repeatedly, both in the two accusations and around the 'Burg. He has been showing the type of behaviors that I, as a 40 year fan, have come to expected to be dropped.
At this point, I am willing to see if the guy is growing up and I am glad he answered the question the way he did.

No...people no longer watch the NBA; only blacks watch it.
