I have a big 10k race this weekend(saturday).Is it better to do the light workout(10x 1/4 at 5k pace- 2mile pace 1 :30 rec ) wednesday or tuesday.I have in the past done wednesday then 2 real light days then race.I have done the 4 day thing a few times and did not feel as sharp.Anyone do there speed workouts 3 days out the week of the peak race.
