Looking at my MRI results. Its going to be a few weeks until I can review them with an ortho. Anyone in the LR community with medical background to help interpret findings.
1)degenerative fraying or small tear of the apex of the medial meniscus
2)chondral fissure on weight bearing surface of medial fermoral condyle with underlying degenerative bone marrow edema
You might want to email the folks at caringmedical.com--re:prolotherapy as an alternative treatment to surgery and ask them about the MRI findings. They are good about replying with their opinion regarding whether injections might help you.

1) Not too bad.
2) Not too good.
