I know a lot of ppl don't like to even race on back to back weeks, but during the first couple months of the season, could it benefit to race nearly every week? I recover pretty quick, can even do a long run the morning after a night 10k. I'd basically just be replacing a set of intervals every week with a race. Isn't a race - intervals with no recovery, better training than sets of intervals? The only thing is the race might be shorter in duration than my intervals.
