Plantar faciitis, strained hamstring, shin splints, inflammed bursa sac in the hip, achillies tendonitis, bursa in the knee inflamed, IT band syndrome, Glute problems.
All in the past 2 years. Once one things goes away (average 2 months of pain), 3 weeks later something else pops up for 2 months. Cycle never ends. I even too 3 months off over the summer and did NOTHING not even xc train.
I'm so depressed. :(
