Hi everyone, over the past three days-I would get this tightness in my outside shin muscles (anterior tibialis) about 15-20 minutes into my run. I have a massage stick, so I started massaging the area and the back of my calves a lot. I was wondering if I have anything to worry about. Could this be compartment syndrome? Or just unusually tight muscles that I can fix soon. I simply just want to go out and run and know I am going to be pain free. What is my problem. And how can I solve this problem to get back out running without worries as soon as possible. Thank you for the input.
