Hi all,
I've gotten some great advice on other running related issues in the past and wanted to throw another question out there that I have a feeling others have wanted answered from the veterans on the board.
How do you guys who consistently get in high mileage deal with sickness? Do you run through colds and other small stuff or do you take time off and try to make up for the mileage in the following weeks? Does it upset you when you have to miss days?
