I'm thinking of going over to Morocco to train. Mo Trafeh always seems to have great races everytime he comes back from over there. There must be something special in the water over there that helps him get so good.

I am now training in Ifrane, Morocco. After rooming with Mo Trafeh at the Gate River Run in Florida, my wife and I decided to come train in this beautiful city. The elevation is 5,500 feet, and there are endless soft trails through the mountains. The amount of runners here is astonishing; they come from all over Africa and Europe to train here. It is also the favorite training spot of the legendary El Guerrouj.
I'm sure you're now just as suspicious of Vail as Trafeh, right? Unless you think Mo's more likely to be dirty because he went to high school in California instead of Oregon. I mean, there's no other difference between the two that would make you single out Trafeh for criticism, right?

Very clever and original joke!!!
Just go to wherever Solinsky and Tegenkamp go. Probablya lot cheaper. They race 5 times a year, break barriers for white men and then disappear again.
I hear that it is a lot like Albuquerque. Although there seems to be much less in the Albuquerque water these days, so it isn't quite so popular.
I had a non-runner friend who just spent a year in Ifrane. She liked it there. Said she saw some of the elite runners training from time to time.
