In the next week to ten days I plan to resume training after a particularly vicious viral infection.
It was a BAD sinus and chest bug, went throught two Rx of antibiotics etc. I've been ill for a month, and am just now getting most of my voice back.
Should I start off at easy running for 5-minutes then return or just jog a mile and see how I feel?
I hope none of you catch what I had. It was pretty miserable, the puzzling part is that I wash my hands regularly (several time daily), had my flu shot and even wipe off my phone, office door and computer keypad/mouse with that PURELL (TM) stuff, all to no avail.
Aggravating.
