Greetings from a not too cold Outer Banks. I think it actually was in the high 40s yesterday. Had an average week of running at best. Don't know why but just wasn't hitting on all cylinders this week. The runs I did get in, this beat up old Ford showed work was needed. I need to get my runs in daily, missing runs is hurting my overall fitness. I think varying my workouts might help but hard for runners who are creatures of habit. It is times like these where I long for a active vibrant track club. But if it is to be it is up to me, right ?
