I have read that Renato Canova recommends using hill repetitions of about 100m throughout all the season (which I took to mean once per week). But after reading some of the "Canova Files" that malmo had posted, it seems like Canova recommends making these hill sprints longer as the season goes along.
Can anyone tell me which method would be best for each part of each season for success on the track in the spring? Thank you.
