She threw down an 9:01.91 3k today, putting herself in the next level. Only girl in the NCAA right now with a faster PR is Sheila Reid. Cant wait to see what she can do in the 5k.

flotrack has the video of the race. she was out in 456 and closed like a freight train. 215 last 1/2 with 65 last 400.
