Are these standards to tough? Is their a back up plan in case there isn't enough make it? I think the NCAA blew it on this one! I mean 46.15 in the 400 and 1:48.0 in the men's 800. That is moving indoors!

if you'd read any sort of NCAA documents it says they go to the descending order list if enough don't make the standard.
I'm 90% sure enough will make it anyway though. The field size is preeeeetty small for indoor.
