NOTE: I am 16 years old as at posting.
Since I was 7 (probably even before that) when I am running long-distance I am constantly told that my legs flick out when I run. Instead of running with the legs coming up straight behind your body, my legs flick out to the sides of my body. I can run normally, however that requires my whole body to think and tense up to straighten the legs, using valuable energy while running.
Has anyone experienced this irregularity and could it be a problem? If it is a problem, any tips on helping to fix it?
