i have 6 hours between my races tommorrow was just wondering peoples opinions on how to get max recovery between races. obviously eat something maybe take a nap etc.

I would eat a little something after the first race and then try to get a nap in. If it is sunny out, stay in the shade. If this is an indoor meet, drink 4 liters of water between races so you don't get dehydrated.
