I think I do a good job. I KNOW I don't put in enough mileage, but I've had injury problems so I am taking it slowly. I'm also more of a 800/1500 guy, so my 50 miles a week gets me most of the way there. I'd love to be at 75 mpw, but we will see. Otherwise I think I do pretty well, I am dedicated. Even with this miserable winter I'm hitting my workout and mileage goals, almost always in the dark, in the cold, by myself. I always race well.
Perhaps I don't do enough injury prevention stuff - stretching, foam rolling, strength training. That is where my big weakness is I guess. Pretty glaring to see it in the black and white like that - I've only given myself a 4 for mileage, and a 3 for injury prevention, and of course those are related.
