Injured, need a pool workouts to do.
I'd like a good mix of aerobic and anaerobic.
I haven't swim in a while so probably nothing to crazy in terms of number of yards.
Please include the amount of rest between intervals if possible.

Have you considered deep water "aqua jogging" with a flotation vest?
You can stil do your 300's and 150's and flying 30's - just based on the equivalent time duration - and with shorter rest.
I was considering it but I'd really like to do some actual swimming as well.
