Hi
I am a 17:54 5KM runner, and I would like a coach to help me prepare training. Are any coaches willing to help me, please?
Thanks.

Good coaching isn't free. If you live in Indianapolis I know a great coach. But again, good coaching isn't free.
LOL at a 17:54 runner looking for a coach (unless chick). LOL at pathetic Indiana man who thinks coaching runners is a marketable skill.
Such a shame that there are idiots like you existent.

I agree with you 100%, coaching is not easy.
What kind of times are you looking to drop? How many races in your season, and when? How much time do you look to spend on training?

Dude, that time will have a chance to win a lot of small races in the midwest. Just look at the results.
I won 5 races last year slower than that. I did run a 23:20 4 mile (which I didn't win) that is equal to a 17:54 5k.
