Last year, as a sophomore, I suffered a broken finger and a sprained ankle which both stopped me from running at various parts of the season. I had a very small winter base and ran a 10:40 and a 4:50. Over the summer I started doing 45 miles a week and ended my XC season with a 16:04 3 mile, breaking my track 3200 record in the progress. This winter I'm running 50 mpw at 7-8 minute pace. Should I be able to break 10 this season?
