I'm hoping this will help reduce the number of some of those "what can I run for X" type threads. Use this format, please. No need to include times, just the workouts, with paces presented as a percentage of a race pace over the pace itself (so a tempo run at 6:00 pace for someone trying to hit 5:00 pace for a 5k would be listed as race pace + 20% or something like that).
