OMG i do the exact same thing and was starting to think I was getting some weird eating disorder! So it's good to know I'm not alone. I've been trying to eat fruit or carrot sticks instead of granola/cereal bars (which is exactly what I tend to eat too) but usually I am still hungry unless I have a little sort of binge.
I eat a LOT during the day too so it's not like I'm starving myself. and I don't seem to be gaining weight, but I worry about it too because it feels like I'm eating way more than I should be eating, esp in the evening. How many mpw do you run? I am at around 60-70, a few months ago I was doing 40-50 mpw and didn't have this problem, so it could be increased mileage but 60-70 still isn't all that high.
So, well I don't have an answer for you but at least you know you're not the only one
