I have been suffering from what is thought by numerous doctors and specialists to be an overuse injury in my thighs as a result of overtraining. I have had symptoms of fatigue and soreness in my thighs for seven months now and don't seem to be getting any better. To put the feeling in perspective, it takes effort to walk up stairs(i feel the strain in my thighs) and I cannot complete any aerobic exercise I used to be able to do without feeling sore the whole time. I have taken time off, but never seem to feel any better and just resort to going back to the elliptical, which is the only exercise that remotely feels ok. I desperately want to return back to running. It has been so long. Any suggestions????
