Temps and dew point is what you want to worry about. Right now it looks like 50 at the start and mid 50s by 9 am. The dew point will not be that high because the water temp on the gulf of mexico is pretty cold right now. Dew should not get above 60.
No reason to adjust anything on race day. You will sweat more and work harder than you would if it was 40 deg with a 35 deg dew point. But, you won't crash and burn because of the weather.
The bigger issue may be wind. If the wind is from the south, it will push you from the half way point to mi 18 and be at your side the last 8. If it is from the east, it will be in your face the last 8. Keep an eye on wind direction and plan accordingly if there is wind on race day.
