I am looking for some advice or if this has happened to you in the past, how did you move forward. I have a half marathon in a month and I think I have overtrained. My body feels mentally and physically exhausted. I am tired all the time. I have no snappy feeling in my legs and I have been dreading every run. My training volume and intensity has been consistent throughout the winter and I have a strong base built. Last year I had a strong season of road racing and I am worried about the race in a month. What can I do to better this situation?
