Really? Due to a flu shot this time?
I want to see that clown who was arguing with me when I said the obvious: RUPP IS NOT TOUGH.
Show your face! Your hero has let you down again!

i'm tellin you his uteris de-tached that is all.
Its a mile race in January. You may as well call every NFL All Star a pussy because they don't play in preseason games.
They play in pre season games (which occur basically weekly, as opposed to the monthly racing schedule for runners)

27:10, Ruppy fan boys are still living in the past. Rupp needs to man up and race.

Is Ritz tough because he did seven miles of intervals on an indoor track?

Not even remotely comparable.
Rupp entered these races. If we chose to train and wasn't entering and DNFing all over the place, I really wouldn't care.
To your question: I would call them pussies if they STARTED every game and dropped out every time. How's that?

That's another thread.

Where is he "DNFing all over the place"?

It's called trolling dude. Pure trolling.
Why in the world are you feeding it?

Pretty sure they said he had an asthma attack moron. Al Sal didn't know what attributed to it, he listed several possible reasons, or combination of reasons. No matter what caused it, if you have an asthma attack, doesn't matter what caused it, it has nothing to do with being weak.
Also, this was basically a solo race for him. No difference between if he ran the race or decided not too. He could have done it in practice if he wanted too and nobody would have even known if he choose to cut the practice short. Props to rupp for putting himself for others to see, in what he could have done in private.
Being tough, or weak, can not even be considered a factor in this case, by anyone who has a working brain.

I know, I know. Sorry.

Um, try DN Galan last summer. That represented, what, 50% of his racing schedule for June-Aug?

Madein82, you are as dumb as ever, even with your new name.
If it was a training excursion, he should have done it IN TRAINING.
You give him "PROPS" for DNFing? WTF is wrong with this country??
Effing Ebuya comes 23rd in the Armed Forces XC in Kenya, a race in which Gawen Wupp wouldn't have cracked the top 50 (if he even finished - doubtful), and people are saying he's cooked. DNF Galen drops out of every second race he enters, and get "props" for running IN PUBLIC.
How does it feel do be so delusional as to think someone like that has the toughness to mix it up with someone Kipsoro, Ebuya, Mutai or Kogo?
