for the last 4-5 days the inside and bottom of my left knee has been hurting me. I've only ever had minor knee pains that usually go away after warming up, but this knee pain feels worse. It took me around 20 minutes of jogging to loosen it up and feel better. Then it comes back after running. In the morning I sometimes have to hobble around and slightly limp. It feels tender and sore, and my leg feels stiff when I try to bend it at the knee. I've taken 3 days off so far.
Does anyone know what type of knee problem this is? does it sound like I should worry about it? or just take a day or two more off then run again?
