I pronate mildly and really enjoyed the feel of the Brooks Adrenaline when tried on in a store and jogged around.
I have heard these shoes are MAX support though and are focused towards moderate to severe overpronators.
Could the Adrenaline be used for mild pronators without a problem, or would it be better to look for a somewhat less supportive shoe?
(Also just a random side question, what would happen if a neutral runner used the Adrenaline)
