Use Title IX to get rid of the BCS.

Title IX advocate sues NCAA. Says that by not performing a championship playoff system in D1 football (as they do with every other sport) they are effectively self-limiting NCAA revenues in collusion with BCS. BCS not subject to Title IX, NCAA is, so NCAA is complicit in limiting funds available to the Membership in lieu of BCS/bowl coffers.

NCAA is forced to have a playoff and keep revenues internal with more equal disbursements to member institutions.
