Not to be a hater, but they are getting some payback now from how they treated Chechnya. Muslims don't forgive and forget.
I saw it on MSN news, it was funny to see that the picture to go along with the story had nothing to do with the bombing. Instead, it was a map with an arrow pointing to Moscow just so that we would know where it was.

Do yourself a favour, educate yourself about Chechnya (pay particular attention to the events of 1994 and 2000), if you think that ~125,000 INNOCENT PEOPLE (to borrow your phraseology) killed by the Russian Army deserved to die because they were killed by an ARMY, then there really is no hope for you.

And any numbers killed in Chechnya by (as they are also Russian) their own countrymen, is dwarfed by the numbers that have died in both Iraq and Afghanistan as the result of US aggression.
Be that as it may, the Chechens have been a pain in the butt for fellow Russians since 1817 and the current Chechen terrorists are actively assisted and supported by Arab fighters linked to al Qaeda and other terrorist groups.
And far from cheering when they murder innocents as they did with the massacre of children in the Beslan school massacre, the US should understand that to Chechens - the USA is not an ally - but still the Big Satan.
