A buddy just told me he tweeted something regarding Seattle. Anyone know what he's in town for (if he is)?

He may be there for this event:
Pacific NW-god's country.
I think I heard the Seattle area has some of the lowest churchgoing percentages in the country. Maybe he's here on a recruiting mission.
Yep, Seattle generally has some pretty reasonable people (aka not devoting their lives to childish mythology)
If its of any value, Seattle was just voted as one of the "Angriest" cities in the US. The so called"mythology" could do this area a justice by shinin some love in all the right places. Reguardless how you feel about Jesus, He did always emulated the greatest value a human could ever portrait...."Genuine Love" If devoting ones life to that type of example is childish, perhaps you are just one of the "angry" ones in the area.

Hey Coach, are you referring to the men's health article from 2006 where Seattle was ranked the 43rd angriest city? Seems like a legit source ...
http://www.menshealth.com/health/how-angry-your-city"Angriest city"? That's funny.
Could you cite a source for that curious comment?

Well considering there are well over 10,000 cities, 43 isn't such a low number on the list to me.
That's pretty angry.
I don't know about you, but I'm guessing the Men's Health staff didn't look at the stats for 10,000 cities for their oh-so-scientific survey.
Well Im not sure where he is now but last week ryan and sara were working out on my schools track at the same time as my team. His beard is coming in nicely and he looked in great shape.

I'd take anger over homophobia, misogyny, bigotry, and stupidity any old day of the week.

No one forces you to partake in any "bigotry." But the fact that it rains in Seattle all the time makes EVERYONE angry, so you couldn't escape it.

*regardless
**value? characteristic?
***emulated? embodied?
****portray
The greatest human characteristic is.... "Genuine ability to spell." Maybe you are one of the stupid people? Maybe you are awkwardly and publicly revealing it right now?
You'd be angry too if it rained everyday and you were totally jacked on coffee, surrounded by croc-wearing, Apple Computuer-toting, left wing pinko fags.

I laughed. But seriously, move.
Seattle is well known for descrete gay parties.

It doesn't appear they are all that discrete.

A Seattle Pastors tweet.
PastorMark Mark Driscoll
612,949 hrs of video was streamed off of marshillchurch.org last year. An average of 70 videos being played every hour, all year. -admin

Ah Mark Driscoll the pastor who's comment on the whole Ted Haggard scandal (The evangelical mega-church anti-gay pastor) was caught having sex with his male prostitute meth deal was something along the lines of "if his wife hadn't let herself go and served her husband better this never would've happened"
Yeah no thanks, religion can stay the f*** out of my city. Even with how little there is here we still have idiots like Driscoll spewing their hate.
