Had a minor lower leg injury, nothing serious but took a week off from running and cross trained.
I want to come back slowly, so would it be beneficial to get on the bike after some short runs? Or would it be pointless and I should just do the run only?
If the bike would help, how many minutes would you say would be good? (I'll probably run 3-5 miles per day for the next week to come back from the injury slowly)
