When you're keeping track of how much you run, km or miles?
I assume for most people it will be miles, however I'm curious if there are any people who do it by km.

Minutes
Minutes and Miles.
What the hell difference does it make?
Just run jackass, why should you care about shit like that?
I record in miles, but occasionally take km splits.
I do all my runs by time even speedwork (I never run on a track).
Instead of 10miles I do 65min
10x400 = 10x60seconds
7x1k = 7x3min
Km - I'm Canadian. But when posting on these forums I say miles, cause it seems most people use that measure.
I use miles though I now live in Canada (grew up in the US). I do take KM splits and at times I will do KM time trials but miles have more meaning to me. I have been writting down miles and not KMs since I was 13 and first writting in a log.
I often will do badger miles also, so, for my mileage runs I am really running by time. But, I write down miles none the less.

suck one. we are all running nerds on lets run. if he has a running related question respect it.
I go by km's. When the distance is unknown, I decide whether I was "jogging" or "running." For Jogging I take minutes and divide by 5, and for running I take minutes and divide by 4.
I spend most of my time in KM-measured countries such as Thailand, Japan, China, EU, etc.
Light years.
Ran 1.36089143 × 10^(-12) today.
