Craig Miller in his first pro race of his career ran 3:59.10 to win the NB meet in NY and said afterward that he is excited to be moving up to the 5k this year. He is heading to Australia to train with coach Nic Bideau’s group at altitude in Fall’s Creek.
This guy in 3 or 4 years could be a sub 13:10 guy picking up the spots for some international teams once Lagat retires and Teg gets too old. I think this year he will be a 3:37 guy again with a sub 13:20 in him. I am suprised to see him move up to the 5k so soon though.
