Craig Miller moving up to the 5k this year.. Opens season in 3:59.10

Hell yeah! Makes me wonder though how he didn't win the Run for the diamonds 9 mile race this past thanksgiving...

Miller ran 7:49 3K and 13:50 5K last year. I don't know if he'll be going under 13:20 this year, but 3:59 and winning ain't a bad way to start up the year.

I really doubt that there's two Craig Millers who are excellent runners. The simplest explanation is often the correct one. I think Craig Miller is Craig Miller.

This strategy worked for Bobby Curtis.

I don't know that being halfway around the world has anything to do with it, but I bet the weather is a lot better than where ever he was living in the U.S. this time of year.

He's also going to be doing some races on the track down there, according to the flotrack interview with him today.

The best reasons for him to go to Australia, though, are that he could do workout under the direct supervision of his new coach and also do them with a training group to push him.
