I'm a 19 year old male, 6'1, 163 pounds. I ran my first marathon in 2:47. I trained at an average of 65 miles a week for 18 weeks for the Marathon. Prior to those 18 weeks, had never ran more than 60 a week. I easily have 15 pounds of excess fat/flab to lose.
If I get down to about 145 pounds and put in 80-100 mile weeks. What can I realistically set my goals at for the future?
What could be a reasonable goal for my next marathon this coming fall?
